in membership in Members Federal Credit Union. You may use our online application if you are a
relative of a current
Members Federal Credit Union member or qualify for membership through one of our Select
Employee Groups. If you are not a relative of a current member and
your employer is not listed as a SEG, contact us by e-mail
or at 303-755-2572.
Please provide all of the requested
information to establish new membership. When you have completed the form,
press the Submit Application to send your application to Members Federal Credit Union for processing
or you may simply print this form and fax it to (303) 755-9998. It may
be necessary to have your signature either notarized or witnessed by a
financial services representative. We will contact you should this be
necessary.
Membership requires a $25 minimum balance in a savings account, plus a one-time $5 membership fee, for a total of $30. Make check or money order payable to Members Federal Credit Union. Mail check to Members Federal Credit Union Attn: Member Services 6 Abilene St Aurora, CO 80011. Account will be opened once funds are received.
